The bay of Saint George said to be one of the most beautiful areas of Antiparos, stretches at the south part of the island , 11 km from the village. In a very close distance of the coast you can visit the isle of Despotiko of great natural and archaeological interest. In the area you can swim at sandy beaches with crystal clear waters as well as in sea caves that have been created due to the volcanic ground especially at the south part of petalida peninsula.

One can reach Antiparos only through Paros. There are regular boat rides from the port of Parikia (car-ferries depart from Pounta in Paros). In Antiparos there is bus service to the Cave and Saint George as well.
