Aris Houses is consisted of six separate housing facilities detached from each other, all built about a century ago and restored in 1989 exactly as they were originally built. Each of the units has its own name and its own special character. All located on the stone paved pedestrian footpaths of Kastro, they are prime examples of original Kastrian architecture (stone floors, wooden beam ceilings, low entrance doors, asymmetrical walls, etc.). All of the units are air-conditioned. Restaurants, shops and the bus stop are all within a 50 m. walk.

<Portou> is a traditional apartment composed of a bedroom with a one built in double bed.

There is a living room, which is open to the bedroom, but at a slightly lower level (3 interior steps) with two sofa-beds forming a corner couch, a separate equipped kitchen, and a large veranda with panoramic sea view.

<Floreas> is a traditional apartment built in two floors (maisonette). The upper floor is composed of one main bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a built-in double bed and a built-in sofa, also used as a living room, and a balcony with a mountain view and limited sea view.

An interior staircase leads to the lower floor, which is composed of an equipped kitchen, and a shaded veranda.

<Konaki> (restored in 1998) is a spacious, separate, traditional studio with kitchenette and small terrace.
